Zark’s voice came out of a viewscreen on the wall. “None, Commander.”
“None?! I thought this poison was extremely virulent!” cried Mark.
“No, Commander.” replied Zark. “No one has died. No one. Absolutely no deaths.” Ah hahahaha! Brilliant!!Author's Response: And you know, that bit was an add on. I had written the entire scene, and then afterward I woke up in the middle of the night and realized that NO ONE IS SUPPOSED TO DIE in BOTP. Hence the addition you see before you. ;-)

$100 dollar question: Since Jason and Princess knew that the mech would be used to attack either Earth or Riga, why didn't they wait until they were actually on the mission before escaping?
That business with the tranmitter was hilarious, tho. :D

They didn't know how closely they'd be monitored, plus they didn't know how much destruction might ensue if the mecha were in a position to attack. Regardless, given the fluffy nature of the fic, I just let it pass. ;-)
Glad you liked the transmitter! My favorites are Susan's moving presence, and the killer bunnies.

I liked this. I loved the rapport between Princess and Jason and their fiercly protective natures towards each other.
And the epilogue made my Swannie heart sing!
