also known as Red Impulse.
Father of Gatchaman
also known as Washio no Ken.

Father? I think not.
I chose my mission over my family.
I faked my own death.
I did nothing as Sayuri died from leukemia.
I left Ken with Nambu.

Father? I think not.
I mock Gatchaman.
I treat my son like crap.
I rather he see me as a rival
than a father who has failed.

Father? I think not.
If anyone knows how to be a father
it's Kozaboru Nambu.
If anyone knows how to
raise a child and guide him
it's Nambu.

I accept my role.
I accept my fate.
I'm just not meant for fatherhood.
I just wish I didn't feel so bad.
Father? I don't think not.
I KNOW NOT!

It was some cruel joke.
I was given a child knowing
I would be unable to take care of him.
