Oh, I can believe this. There's a company that will turn your ashes into an artificial gemstone. And there's another one that will mix your ashes with concrete (I think) to become part of the basis of a new reef.

Hell, you can mummify, freeze-dry, and taxiderm your pet.

Making ashes into bullets is just more of the same.

I predict five pieces of modern art by the end of the tournament. All of said art pieces will incorporate golf clubs, at least one will feature a golf bag, another a pair of golf shoes, and quite possibly a golf flag will appear.

Author's Response: Sorry it took a little while to respond; in my previous attempts, I found myself prattling on and on for no obvious reason and ending with an overly saccharine sentiment. It was as if Zark had taken control! Then I said to myself, "What if I actually HAD been demonically possessed by a fictional robot? How do I fight it -- holy water? Or would I need something unique, such as a can of 1040-weight motor oil blessed by Steve Jobs?" At any rate, I'm so glad I could use my talent & skill to bring a few moments of joy to my fellow human beings! ;-]

No dictator ever says, 'I will take over because I am an evil person.' The motivation might be power, but the world's dictators don't think of themselves as evil. If they're in it solely for the power, they won't admit it publicly. Many are motivated by patriotic notions, love of nation or ethnic group, or they know how to manipulate those feelings in their people.

The chilling thing is that nothing contradicts what Katse tells Everett. At least, not on the surface. Finding the lie requires digging deep, which requires time that few people have. So even if Everett found a lie, he could rationalize it away.
