About Me: 

I was born in 1970. This means that I was 8 years old when BoTP debuted. Like most American fans around my age, BoTP was my introduction to anime.  G-2 was my first cartoon crush. Yes, at the tender age of 8, I had an affinity for the "rebel". :)

I saw the Gatchaman OAV around 1999 or so, when my then boyfriend, now husband sent me a copy of it.  He was also a BoTP fan as a child and when he sent me the OAV, that's when I learned that BoTP wasn't an "original" show.

I did not see an episode of Gatchaman until I was in my 30s. I saw a few episodes that were included in the DVD's that Rhino released of BoTP. Then ADV put out the entire series and the rest, they say, is history.

I currently live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I am an undergraduate at South Dakota State University and my major is psychology.  And yes, whenever my husband and I cross the state and head for the Black Hills, we crack Lava Jesus jokes whenever we're in the vicinity of  Mount Rushmore. 

I don't have much time these days to write for fun. However, I have a lot of Gatch/BoTP related freewriting in a safe place should I find the time to write and revise.

Oh, and I still dislike 7-Zark-7 immensely.  ;-)
