An entertaining read. Too bad it wasn't longer. Tira is an interesting character.

Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed it! I felt like Tira's story had come to an end. But if you were left wanting more, than I guess I did my job. ;)

I had to spread this fic over several days in order to be able to read it all but, regardless my restrictions, I couldn't do otherwise once I have been intrigued from the very beginning ... and I do not regret to have done so, at all!!  Such an ingenious, and rich story, also offering several life lessons from which one can learn!  I love how you managed to combine Jason's roots with those of Tira, together with all the superbly described traditions, and religious beliefs of the Piirians.  I also love how you managed to please me with other small things, like indirectly keeping in mind the unloving character of Zark (obviously speaking on my behalf when mentioning such an adjective describing the robot!), and those tiny hints about the flourishing relationship between Mark and Princess!  Well done, and thank you for a lovely read!

Author's Response:

I am flattered that you took the time to read through this fic, knowing that BOTP isn't part of your background like it is for me. Given that, I'm glad I could please you with a few 'small things' as well as the overall storyline.

And you *know*  I have to get in a dig at Zark whenever I can... ;-)

Such an original and creative premise, for the origin of the Spectrans and for the Piirians’ religion!  I think my favourite part, though, is what it all ends up meaning for Jason…

Author's Response: Why am I not surprised? ;-)   Seriously though, I appreciate that you invested the time to read this story and muddle through the world of Piiri, and I'm glad there was a payoff for you.
