It was really nice to see things from the big guy's point of view for a change! "Thrash 'im, Nakanishi"-- I can *so* see this being Ryu's nickname! :)

I liked how you "drew" Ken & Joe--you can definitely see the "brotherhood" they've developed with one another, and thought their individual reactions to Ryu were perfect. I'm wondering if there was supposed to be more to the story, as it seems to end rather abruptly, or if it was left hanging on purpose....

I am really enjoying this! I love the detail you've put into the boys' training and the way Ryu gets involved, as well as Joe's urging Ryu to stay with his family.
